For July we went on a little vacation. We stopped in Calgary first to see family. We then drove to Vernon, BC and stayed at a place called Outback Lakeside. We had a good time there enjoying the pool, the science centre and an orchard. We then drove to Kamloops to visit Geoff and family. We did things like the zoo, beach and lake. 2024 San Diego
For a vacation we wanted to try to go a little further from home. We decided San Diego would have lots to do for us. Nana and Nani came with us. We went to legoland, birch aquarium, the natural history museum, science center, SeaWorld, the zoo and Sesame Place. It was jam packed and we had lots fun. 2023 Vancouver trip
Idris got to take his first airplane flight. We went to Vancouver. We stayed in a nice airbnb and met up with friends and family. 2022 July
July was a busy month spent outside a lot enjoying the summer. Idris is starting to get more comfortable with dogs. We went to Calgary, Revelstoke, Kelowna and Kamloops. Idris enjoyed all the new experiences but not the long drives. He got to meet his cousin and had a blast with her. We had our fifth wedding anniversary. Time flies. See the photos below. Red Deer Lunch
This past weekend on Saturday we drove down to Red Deer to meet my parents for lunch. We had a nice visit. The weather was good. We had a nice spot in the park next to the Alberta sports hall of fame. We brought our own food and stayed a safe social distance away. We hadn’t seen them since last fall. Disneyland 2020
On January 6th we left a cold Edmonton and took a flight to Los Angeles. After we arrived we explored Downtown Disney. We spent the days of Jan. 7, 8 and 9 in Disneyland and California Adventures.
