This Sunday on the May long weekend I decided to bbq some beef ribs. I took some photos of the process. I basically followed the directions from here: https://leitesculinaria.com/44707/recipes-barbecued-beef-back-ribs.html
For ingredients I just put a rub on that we had instead of the one provided. I also used hickory wood chips and smoked it some as it was cooking.
